Programme Description:
The YPD Mentorship Programme (Leadership Incubator) is a collaborative youth development initiative between the Nkoebe Motlhajoa Foundation and the African Methodist Episcopal Church (A.M.E.C) Young People’s & Children’s Division (YPD), under the visionary leadership of Sis Nompumelelo Nkosi, representing the 19th Episcopal District.
This programme is designed to equip young people with practical leadership skills, real-world readiness, and personal confidence. Through mentorship, structured learning, and guided exposure, the Leadership Incubator creates a safe, empowering environment where youth can develop the character, discipline, and mindset needed to thrive in school, church, work, and community spaces.
The initiative blends faith-anchored values with modern leadership tools, helping young people grow in communication, decision-making, emotional intelligence, identity, purpose, and responsibility. Our goal is to build confident, capable leaders who rise, lead, and ultimately give back to empower others.
